Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Rosewall is a family-run camping park that is set in the hamlet of Osmington Mills 5 miles east of Weymouth. They are set on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Rosewall makes an ideal base for exploring the local area's numerous attractions.

Rosewall Camping, Riding & Lakes is the perfect place to stay whether you want to walk the coastal path, visit the area's lovely villages and hidden coves, enjoy Olympic standard water sports facilities, enjoy some excellent shopping or simply relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The site has a 13 acres southerly facing camping field that affords magnificent views of Weymouth Bay, which was the venue for the 2012 Olympic sailing events. The site also has lovely views of the rolling hills of the surrounding Dorset countryside.

Rosewall Camping, Riding & Lakes has 2 modern toilet blocks that include showers, hair dryer points, shave points and washing-up facilities. Their lower block has disabled facilities as well as a newly refurbished laundry room. They also have another separate laundry room next to the upper toilet block and shop.

The on-site camp shop operates seasonally. It is well-stocked with basic provisions and camping essentials. You can obtain gas from this shop and you can make use of their ice pack freezing services.

Rosewall is licensed for 225 tents and welcomes only families and couples.

The owners are sure that you will find their park the perfect place to explore whether you are 1st time or seasoned campers. You can enjoy the treasures and beauty of the immediate area and take advantage of the attractions and things to do that lie only a short distance away.

Rosewall Camping, Riding & Lakes offers horse riding facilities for beginners up to those that are more experienced. They also have their own coarse fishing that includes carp, tench, roach and bream.

DIRECTIONS

Approaching from Wareham on the A352 Dorchester road, turn left at the A353 Weymouth junction. At the Osmington Mills sign, opposite the garage, turn left and follow the lane and take the first turning off on the right to our holiday park.

Approaching from Weymouth, follow the A353 Wareham road. Pass through Osmington village and turn right at the sign for Osmington Mills. Follow the lane and take the first turning off on the right to our holiday park.

We are five miles from Weymouth and there is a bus service on the A353 (about half of a mile from the park).
