Located in rural Lincolnshire, Meadowlands is a quiet holiday park. It is not far from the historic market town of Spilsby and the Lincolnshire Wolds. The seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe are near and Lincolnshire's coast is just 10 miles away.

Heny and Ann Banks bought Meadowlands after managing a holiday chalet park in Norfolk for 4 years. They are designing Meadowlands to be a quiet lodge and caravan park that is suitable for those over 50. The site lets fields for horses which is a benefit to the location.

The park is set in 15 acres of mainly level fields and features a lake, mature wood and paddocks with an array of horses and ponies. There is quite a bit of wildlife on the site including stoats, rabbits, woodpeckers, hawks, owls and herons.

The site welcomes well behaved pets.

Within a short walk from the park are walking, cycling and bird watching facilities. Just half a mile from the site there is a National Cycle way and there are various specialist fishing lakes nearby. There are country walks that start from within the site. Snipe Dale woods and heath is good for walking. Gibraltar Point is great for bird watching. A Heavy Horse Centre is just a short walk down the road; it is well worth a visit to see the horses. You can go horse riding nearby with a prior appointment.

The historic Gunby Hall is only 2 miles from the site with its wild flower gardens and offers wild plants for sale.

The unspoilt market town of Spilsby is only 3 miles away with its weekly market and auction. It is fast becoming known for its selection of restaurants and pub food. The Bell inn at Halton Holegate offers character and great food and is just a mile away. Five miles away is the aviation museum at East Kirby. They even have Lancaster Bomber taxi runs that you can go on. Nearby is the Battle of Britain flight.
