Pine Lodges are the premier letting accommodation. The units have an attractive traditional log cabin appearance and are spacious, wonderfully equipped and full of character. They are very solidly built and provide very comfortable accommodation throughout the year. They have excellent insulation and double glazed windows, which means they stay cool in summer and keep warm in winter. The park provides all bed linen but you must bring your own towels and tea cloths.

After you choose the make and model that you find best Swallow Tree Gardens will quote an all-inclusive price that covers purchasing the home for you, accepting delivery, siting the caravan, connecting it to all services, constructing steps and a patio, boxing in beneath the caravan and landscaping around it.

You may use your caravan for up to 46 weeks each year. 10 years security of tenure is given. You are allowed to sub-let but you must do so through Swallow Tree. This opens up the possibility of getting some income from your caravan purchase.
