Dalar Farm

Located about 4 miles north of Barmouth, Dalar Farm is a traditional working smallholding that offers a warm welcome for all visitors. It can be reached just off the A496 Harlech road. All guests can enjoy easy access to the safe sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay just 5 minutes away from the farm.

The site affords clear views of the lovely Llen Peninsula. The farm is surrounded on all sides by the impressive mountain ranges of Snowdonia, Rhinog and Cader Idris. Dalar Farm is truly the perfect place to get away from it all.

CAMPING

The site features a camping area that is clean and flat. It is also well drained and sheltered. There are facilities with toilets, showers, washbasin and electric shaver points.

Dalar Farm is bordered by the Ysgethin River, which is more like a quiet stream that is ideal for children to play in on a hot summer day.

CARAVANS FOR HIRE

The site features 4 caravans that are 6-berth for hire. They are located in the orchard and are surrounded by well-tended grass and mature bushes. All caravans are fully-equipped with mains electricity that is provided by a coin meter. You can get coins from the farm house. They also include fridge, a 4-ring gas cooker with oven and grill, colour TV and 3 of the caravans have their own showers. Guests must bring their own sheets, towels and pillow cases.

Visitors can call to find out rates, which vary according to the time of year.

TOURING CARAVANS

The touring caravans have the same facilities as the camping area plus there are electric hook-ups available. The touring area is next to the camping area and is likewise bordered by the Ysgethin River.

PETS

Responsible pet owners are allowed to bring their pets on the site for which there is no charge. We do ask you to make a small donation to the Air Ambulance instead.
