Forest Edge Holiday Park is located just under a mile from Oakdene Forest Park at St. Leonards. Forest Edge Holiday Park is a 9 acre park of grassland that features level, well-drained pitches surrounding by mature trees and hedging. The park is graded as a 3 Star park.

The park offers touring and tenting holidays and they are complemented by the exclusive leisure facilities at Oakedene. This includes the new for 2012 fabulous Go Active programme of sporting activities for families.

You can also choose to hire one of their modern, well-equipped static holiday homes with either 2 or 3 bedrooms. They also feature Summerlea House which is a 4 bedroom house with a hot tub and its own private courtyard. Another of the park's popular options is a seasonal pitch.

The park is close to the A31 and may have a little road noise but it offers easy access to a wealth of local attractions. Some of the South's best beaches are less than a 20 minutes' drive away. Forest Edge Holiday Park also offers direct forest access, which is great for cyclist and walkers.

Facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool with a toddlers' pool, an adventure playground and an indoor games room. The pools are only open during Whitsun week, school summer holidays and other weekends in June and July.

DIRECTIONS:

Take A31 Westbound from Ringwood. After 3 miles and two roundabouts. Forest Edge is located in Boundary Lane (turn left at the 2nd roundabout) before you get to Oakdene.
