Located at the foot of the Berwyn Mountain range and on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, Hendwr Caravan Park is in a great location to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. It is set in the beautiful Dee Valley between Corwen and Bala.

**** OPEN ALL YEAR****

Hendrwr Caravan Park is located on a working family farm and is accessible from a tree lined driveway. A gentle, meandering stream separates the static pitch area from the touring pitch area. The park offers 4 self-catering log cabins alongside the caravan park. The park is a great place for a quick getaway or a weekend retreat.

There are plenty of places nearby to go for a great walk. There are dramatic walks on old drover's roads as well as in the Berwyn Mountains. You may also choose to walk the country lanes and stop off at pub somewhere for lunch or a drink. There is also the wondrous and rugged walking of Snowdonia directly nearby.

Other activities that you can engage in nearby include mountain biking, horse riding, fishing, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, white water rafting and more.

North Wales will provide a variety of scenery, attractions and activities that make a trip unforgettable. Visitors who have never been to North Wales will be amazed. You will always be able to find something to do, no matter what the weather brings. Nearby there are a number of facilities that are within easy reach. You can try hill-walking, riding, canoeing, fishing, sailing or just plain relax.

The touring pitch area is open from Easter to November. Tourers can enjoy the wonderful views of the Dee Valley and Berwyn Mountains. The park is 4 acres and accommodates touring caravans, tents and motor homes. Every pitch has self-trip electric hook-up. There are both grassy and hard standing pitches available for touring pitches. Seasonal pitches are all on grassy ground.

The grounds are spacious and children love to explore it. There is a shallow stream that runs through Hendwr that they can play in and the tree lined driveway creates a magical playground for them to explore.

For those who don't enjoy camping there are four lodges available on-site for hire. The lodges have sleeping room for 5 plus a cot. They have an open floor plan and include the same spectacular view as the touring pitches. You can hire them on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter breaks can be arranged outside of the school summer holiday time frame. Every lodge is non-smoking. Three of the lodges are pet free, and the other one only allows well-behaved dogs if there is a prior arrangement made.

Hendwr also has a range of new and used holiday homes for sale as well as twin unit style log cabins. All come with full services and are privately owned.

The reception features a well-stocked shop as well as an information centre. There is a laundrette on-site that includes a washing machine, a tumble drier and ironing facilities. There is a large open grass area where children can play safely and a shallow trout stream in which they can fish.
