The site's facilities include all hard standing pitches with hook-up points. Loch Ness Caravan Park has a lounge bar that offers bar meals nightly during peak season. The lounge has pool, games and a TV room. There is a mobile shop that visits the site in the mornings. The park features a children's play park and half a mile of shoreline and beach.

The site has new luxury lodges for hire that are set on the banks of Loch Ness. The luxury lodges have extensive decking, lochside hot tubs, concealed plasma televisions that rise from behind the fireplace, DVD players with surround sound, private parking and many more luxury features.

Loch Ness Holiday Park offers 10 Hobbit accommodations for hire which can sleep up to 4 people. They are the ideal self-catering solution as they offer a drier and more secure substitute to tents. They are revolutionising camping.

The Hobbit accommodation is ideal for walkers, cyclists and families. While space and weight is often a consideration, the Hobbits offer a fridge and kettle and enough space to sleep 4 people comfortably on built-in beds. There is additional storage space in them and they have lockable, secure doors. This allows longer stays and the freedom to explore the area without the worry and inconvenience of carrying heavy items or leaving them behind in a tent.

All luxury static homes at Loch Ness Holiday Park can sleep up to four people, with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, all with ample storage space, and in easy access of the power shower bathroom. These luxury static homes are suitable in all seasons, with provided outdoor seating, to enjoy the loch side view and the neighboring hobbits, and with fitted radiators for the cooler evenings and colder months, offering a cosy indoor haven.

Each luxury static home has a sleek, wood paneled exterior and a clear view of Loch Ness.

Available for a minimum of three night stays throughout the year, excluding the winter months.

Loch Ness Holiday Park is fortunate to be in a central location, just 55 minutes from Fort William, 30 minutes from Inverness, 1 hour from Skye, Oban & Ullapool 1 hour 30 minutes, Aviemore 1 hour 15 minutes and lots of other little places of interest. Of course their is Urqhuart Castle 15 minutes, Ellen Donan Castle on the road to Skye, also many Historical places of interest.
