Lemington Lakes is just two miles from the Pretty Cotswold market town of Moreton-in-Marsh.
It is a privately owned site set in 75 acres of beautiful countryside.
The Park has holiday chalets and Bed and Breakfast accommodation, as well as the camping field. There is room for 9 caravans or motorhomes, all hard standing with electricity and enclosed in a low stone wall of authentic Cotswold stone. As this site is mainly for fishing it is not considered suitable for children, but you can bring your dog, as long as it is kept on a lead.
There are five fishing lakes which cater for the beginner, the experienced and the wheelchair-bound angler. Every aspect of the Park has been created with care and only the best materials have been used in its construction.
The Ladies and Gent's shower block has toilets, coin operated showers and disabled facilities. There is also a drinking water tap and a rubbish and chemical waste disposal unit.
On the right hand side of the entrance to Lemington Lakes there is a Caravan Club Certificated Location Site with room for five club members. It is laid to grass and has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.
As well as the lakes there is a small wood and footpaths for walkers. Amenities on the Park include a small shop for all basic food products, bait and tackle shop and a café.
At reception you can obtain information about activities near to the site, such as horse riding and days out to nearby Moreton, which is steeped in history. It was used as a coaching station before the opening of the Oxford to Worcester Railway in 1853. Every Tuesday there is a large Market in the town and you can also find a number of good pubs and restaurants.
If you want a day out further afield then Stratford-upon- Avon is 16 miles away, where you can visit Shakespeare's birth place and Anne Hathaway's house.
Whether you chose to explore or stay on site, Lemington Lakes is in an ideal location and a fisherman's dream!
