Set in a beautiful, peaceful location on the English and Welsh border, Middle Woodbatch Farm is a great camping site. They are set 1 ½ miles from the small market town of Bishops Castle in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Middle Woodbatch Farm is set in an elevated, rural location and commands stunning views of the Shropshire hills and The Long Mynd. They are perfectly situated for walkers, cyclists and horse riders. The site is surrounded by an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways.
Running through the farm are the Shropshire Way and The Blue Remembered bridleways. They are also near The Kerry Ridgeway, Offa's Dyke, The Jack Mytton Way, The B.C. Ring and the Long Mynd.
Walkers, cyclists and horse riders will find the location perfect. They can even stable your own horse. They offer excellent stabling and the best bridleways in the country.
Middle Woodbatch Farm has a small campsite with new shower and toilet facilities. They also have a small campers' kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave and hot and cold water.
Those that enjoy camping but not actual cooking can treat themselves to a home cooked breakfast or dinner in the farmhouse kitchen.
They feature a variety of bed and breakfast accommodation as well. Every room has tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV, a clock radio and a hair dryer.
