Cringoed Holiday Park
Cringoed Holiday Park is a family-run site where guests can enjoy family friendly holidays. They have made many great improvements to their campsite for tourers, statics and campers over the years. Paul, Sue and Louise Mathers have been working on constantly improving the site since 2001.
All the work that they have put into the site has gained them recognition from the David Bellamy Award Scheme and The Tourist Board has given than increase in grading.
Cringoed Holiday Park is split with a vast, level touring field for tourers with static caravans that are set amidst the woods. Those who come to the site as tourers or campers have a choice of location.
The site features modern and well-equipped facilities with hot showers and electric hook-ups for up to 35 caravans. They particularly welcome campers to site with extra facilities to make their stay pleasant and comfortable.
This lovely family park has a children’s play area and a games room.
Within a short drive are: • Sailing • Fishing • Golf Course • Tennis Court
When you stay at Cringoed Holiday Park you can relax in a quiet environment while remaining within easy reach of locations to the North, South and West.
Newtown is connected with Machynlleth, the Gateway to Snowdonia, by the A470 which passes through Llanbrymair.
You can see the Cambrian Mountains which run North to Cader Idris and South to Plynlimon, where the sources of the rivers Wye and Severn rise.
Cringoed Holiday Park is also see the sea, from the university town of Aberystwyth up to the beaches of Aberdovey and Barmouth with their clean, uncrowded sands. You can also visit Harlech with its magnificent castle or go further North up to Caernarfon.
Machynlleth and Aberdovey both have leisure centres and golf courses. You can enjoy the activities of pony trekking, fishing, clay pigeon shooting and sailing in the local area. Walkers and bird watchers will find the area ideal. The local villages and towns have a welcoming feeling so that guests can simply unwind and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. You can also fill your days with all kinds of fun activities.
