Carlyon Bay Caravan and Camping Park

Situated in the heart of 'Du Maurier' country on the south coast of Cornwall, Carlyon Bay Caravan and Camping Park is an award winning site that has been run by the same Cornish family for three generations.

The park is very peaceful and relaxing. It features leafy bowers and shaded corners beside stout oaks, elegant chestnut and spreading sycamore trees.

Carlyon Bay Caravan and Camping Park offers a range of pitches, touring caravans, motor homes and tents. Each pitch comes with parking. You can choose between pitches that either include electric hook-ups or do not have them.

The site is a great base for enjoying the delights of the surrounding area. They also cater for their guests on site with children's playgrounds, a kiddies corner, swimming and paddling pools, table tennis, badminton, crazy golf, pool, grass tennis courts and volleyball. There is so much room on the site that your children can bring their bicycles and ride around.

Carlyon Bay Caravan and Camping Park offers family entertainment during high season. There are events on 2 or 3 lazy summer evenings a week. You can come and be entertained for free by local, well known entertainers. This includes clowns, jugglers, a brass band, magicians and more. Later in the evening children can enjoy a supervised game of rounders or football while their parents start lighting the barbecue.

DIRECTIONS: The Park is situated half way along the South coast of Cornwall between Charlestown and Fowey.

From the A30, take the A391 to St Austell. Where it joins the A390, turn LEFT and at the next roundabout turn right onto the A3082. After 400 yards turn right into the private road, and the Park entrance is 300 yards along on the right.

From the A38, continue to Dobwalls and branch left onto the A390. Follow the A390 to St Blazey and continue to the roundabout and turn left onto the A3082. Follow directions as above from here.
