South Lea Caravan Park is situated 1 mile from the market town of Pocklington and 12 miles from York and sits at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds.

South Lea is set in 14 acres of flat grassland with the main site separated by borders and shrubs and we welcome all campers and caravanners.

South Lea has been awarded four stars by the English Tourism Council. We have also been awarded a Gold David Bellamy award and pride ourselves on helping guests come closer to the countryside.

A short drive takes you to many other attractions such as: York Minster, Castle Howard, Flamingo Land, National Railway Museum, North Yorkshire Moors and Steam Railway, Yorvik Centre, Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire coast (closest Bridlington approx 28 miles).

DIRECTIONS: Pocklington is located 12 miles east of York. Turn onto the A1079 (York to Hull). At the Yorkway Motel turn onto the B1247 (signposted Pocklington). Site is 300 yards on the left.
