Seaton Estate Holiday Village is a mix of luxury residential, holiday and tourer accommodation. The village provides first-class services and features many onsite amenities.

The estate is 62 acres and compromises ancient woodlands and Seaton House, an old manor house. The manor is only a ten minute walk from the sea. You can get an amazing view from Seaton Cliffs and to the north of the village is Luna Bay, which is a very wondrous beach.

TOURING CARAVAN/MOTORHOME PITCHES

As well as being able to hire a holiday home, you can also bring your own touring caravan or motor home for your visit. There is an area especially set off for pitches where every caravan or motor home owner can enjoy a large plot of land. This can cost as little as £25 per night, which includes electric hook-up. Off to the side of the touring area there are male and female shower and toilet blocks. During high season there is even live entertainment during the weekends.

Nearby attractions include Dundee with its sea-faring heritage. There is also Arbroath which is home of the famous Arbroath smokie and Arbroath Abbey, where Scotland gained independence from England in 1320. Montrose, to the North, features a tidal lagoon which is an important wildlife sanctuary.

There are areas for golfing, rambling, rock climbing, water sports and bird watching nearby. There are also a wide array of castles such as Glamis, childhood home of the late Queen Mother, and the Red Castle at Luna Bay. Also nearby is the town of Kirriemuir, known as the Gateway to the Glens which is notable as the birthplace of Peter Pan author JM Barrie.
