Witches Craig Caravan Park

Witches Craig Caravan Park is an attractive and exceptionally well-maintained touring park located in the heart of Central Scotland. This friendly and scenic park is tucked below the picturesque Ochil Hills and is overlooked by the historic National Wallace Monument.

ThisĀ is a family run business and our dedication to quality is testified by the accolade of being graded an "exceptional 5 star touring park"' by Visit Scotland. The park has previously been runner-up for the best touring park in Scotland, listed in Britain's top 50 Touring Parks by the readers of Caravan Life, and, a regional winner of Practical Caravan Top 100 UK Parks. Other awards include the Gold David Bellamy Conservation Award and 5 Star National Category for Loo of the Year. This said, our parks greatest commendation is the number of satisfied customers who return year after year.

Caravans, motorhomes and tents are welcome during the months of April to October inclusive. Booking a pitch in advance is always advised, however, we do not accept camping reservations any more than 2 days prior to arrival. There are no caravans available for hire.

Witches Craig Caravan Park's facilities include a heated toilet and shower block, a separate disabled toilet and shower room, laundry and dishwashing facilities. There is also a play area for children.

The surrounding area provides a wealth and diversity of attractions. Stirling is Scotland's newest city and one of its most historic. For holiday makers the city is still at Scotland's crossroads with many visitors making Stirling their base to explore other parts of the country.

There is a varied range of activities, all within walking distance from Witches Craig Caravan Park. The University of Stirling has some beautiful walks around it's loch, that are rich in wildlife, whilst the MacRobert Art Centre regularly has plays, films, shows and exhibitions. The magnificent National Wallace Monument and the quaint Logie Kirk provide excellent destinations for a walk. The Blairmains Farm Shop, within a 10 minute walk, provides a varied range of fresh delicacies, foods and gifts while the neighbouring Coffee Bothy offers excellent drinks, snacks and meals. The Ochil Hills provide great walks and spectacular views and their lower slopes are accessible from the park.

Within a 10 mile radius of Witches Craig Caravan Park places of interest include Castle Campbell, Alloa Tower, Alva and Dollar Glen, Bridge of Allan Brewery, The Pineapple, Doune Castle, Dunblane Cathedral, Blair Drummond Safari Park, Smith Art Gallery, The Falkirk Wheel, Museums and Parks.

If you find the time to venture further afield, our park is within one hour's drive of the multitude of attractions offered by Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, St. Andrews, Falkirk and the Trossachs.
