Scoutscroft Holiday Centre

Situated in the lovely Borders village of Coldingham, Scoutscroft Holiday Centre is a site that caters to tourers, motor homes and trailer tents.

Scoutscroft Holiday Centre's position is unrivalled. Within a few minutes' walk there is the safe and sandy beach of Coldingham Bay. All major road and rail links are available in the area, making Scoutscroft Holiday Centre accessible to everyone.

The site continually grows in popularity and all of its many facilities have been upgraded and improved. Their friendly, helpful staff are always available to assist guests and answer any queries. They can provide tourist information and make sure that any problems that arise are dealt with. The office hours apply from Sunday to Thursday and there are extended hours of operation during Friday and Saturday. This is to add to the excellent service they provide. There is little wonder that their popularity has grown throughout the years.

TOURING CARAVANS/MOTORHOMES

Scoutscroft Holiday Centre's touring area officially opened in 1995 and caters to all types of tourers and motor homes. There are well lit tarmacadam roads that provide easy access to electric hook-ups.

The site's toilet and shower facilities have been recently refurbished. They feature an off-season heated family amenity room to provide families comfort and warmth during the off-season nights.

Mallard Touring Park, which adjoins Scoutscroft, has a children's play area that is fully fenced in and screened to provide extra safety for children. Scoutscroft guests are free to use the children's play area at all times. These amenities make Scoutscroft one of the most popular, up-to-date and lovely touring parks in the Borders.

SEASONAL AND TRAILER TENT PITCHES

On the west side of the park is St. Michaels Knowe, where seasonal pitches and trailer tent pitches are located. It is surrounded by trees which gives it a feeling of peace and seclusion. A seasonal pitch is from March until September. Short stay trailer tent pitches are allowed as well. All have electric hook-ups. Pitches cost between £21 and £25 per night.

LUXURY HOLIDAY HOMES FOR HIRE

All our Luxury Holiday Homes hold the Visit Scotland's Thistle Commendation Awards and none are over five years old. All Holiday Homes are available throughout the season (March-November). All are fully equipped with a spacious lounge, colour TV some with DVD, toilet and shower, fully fitted and equipped kitchen including microwave. Bedrooms are all heated and equipped with pillows, duvets, duvet covers and sheets.
