Penrose Farm Holiday Park is quiet and family run park, where cleanliness is always a high priority.They  have won a 5-star "Loo of the Year" Award for 5 consecutive years.

The 9 acre park is level and sheltered by mature trees and hedges. All pitches are well spaced out.

FAMILIES and COUPLES ONLY.

Some visitors will be glad to know that there is NO Club or Bar on site.

Penrose Farm Holiday Park has an ADVENTURE PLAY AREA with an ANIMAL CENTRE with Guinea Pigs, Rabbits and Fish.

DOGS are welcome but they must be kept on a lead at all times except in our DOG WALKING AREA.

NEARBY FACILITIES (easy walking distance): We are on the edge of Goonhavern village with its excellent pub/restaurant and post office.

AN IDEAL BASE FOR TOURING CORNWALL - Perranporth beach with its golden sands, rock pools and spectacular cliff top walks is just over 2 miles from the Park.

Newquay, Cornwall's most resort, os inly 6 miles away and Truro with its beautiful cathedral and quality shops, is only 9 miles away.

Cornwall has some of Britain's most beautiful beaches, villages, coves and estuaries and all are within easy driving distance.

Cornish Climate? Just count the sub-tropical gardens or the palm trees growing in local gardens.

GOLF - Perranporth Golf Club, with its excellent cliff top course, is close by and visitors are very welcome.

GLIDING - For the more adventurous, why not try a flight over the cliffs!

The Alan Rodgers Good Camps Guide has a small team of Site Assessors who carry out a rigorous initial inspection and regular (unannounced) monitoring visits to ensure that standards are being maintained. Parks are not charged to be in the guides.

HOW TO FIND US: Coming from the East, take the A30 from Exeter and continue past Bodmin and Indian Queens. Shortly after the Wind Farm take the B3285 to Perranporth. Penrose Farm is on the left as you enter Goonhavern village.
