Without a doubt one of the best caravan parks in the country, The Vale of Pickering Caravan Park is a 15 acres site that is surrounded by beautiful countryside and which is located near the North Yorkshire Moors and the East Coast. The park makes an excellent base for exploring the many nearby attractions.

The Vale of Pickering Caravan Park is spacious and features panoramic views. They have generously planted trees, shrubs and flower beds and have adorned the site with hanging baskets.

They welcome campers to the site and there is an adjoining 5 acre rally field. There are some local country pubs and restaurants that all serve a wide range of bar snacks and evening meals.

Facilities at Vale of Pickering Caravan Park include centrally heated washrooms with are maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. They have ladies and gents shower blocks that features showers, shaver points, hand dryers, a make-up area for women, private wash cubicles, baby changing and disabled facilities.

There is an on-site laundrette that has 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and ironing facilities. There is a microwave and an ice pack freezer in this area as well. There is a separate enclosed area provided for washing-up and food preparation.

The welcome dogs on the site but they be kept on a leash at all times. The site has a 6 acre dog walk for exercising.

There is a licensed shop that caters for most needs. They stock basic caravan and camping spares, Calor and butane camping gaz.

The Vale of Pickering Caravan Park is ideal for young families as we have a large equipped play area. We also have a football pitch, perfect for ball games and kite flying.

DIRECTIONS

The park is 1 mile off the main A170 Scarborough to Pickering road. At village of Allerston go through village on the B1415 Malton Road to Yedingham. Follow road to left hand bend, site in 200 yards
