From the park you can access 15 miles of the Lancashire Coastal Walk directly. You can unwind in the park’s relaxed atmosphere while enjoying the amenities of Cockerham Sands Country Park.

HOLIDAY CARAVANS FOR HIRE

They have modern, fully equipped 4 and 6 berth caravans for hire. They are conveniently located near the swimming pool.

Standard fittings include:

• Full sized family cooker

• Refrigerator

• Hot water heater

• Shower and toilet

• Gas Fire

• Colour television

• Carpeted lounge and bedrooms

Each caravan is spacious and can sleep up to either 4 or 6 people comfortably. They have space alongside them to park your car. All gas and electricity is included.

ENTERTAINMENT

Cockerham Sands Country Park has its own private licensed club that is the focal point of entertainment at the park. Guests will enjoy a very warm welcome from the friendly staff.

Inside of the main club there is entertainment and bingo on most evenings during the high season. In addition there are discos, dancing and cabaret.

The site allows children in the club on most nights if seating is available, except on Saturday no children area allowed.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Blackpool is 14 miles south west, Morecambe is 10 miles to the north and Lancaster is 10 miles to the north with its castle, museum, priory and golf course.

To the east of the park you will find easy access to the Lake District and the Trough of Bowland. It offers its own stunning scenery and plenty of opportunities for countless pleasant walks.

The glorious English Lakes are only 30 miles away from Cockerham Sands Country Park. It is the perfect setting for a touring or static caravan holiday.

It is 3 miles down a country lane to the nearest bus stop. Although the bus runs every 2 hours the site advises guests that they really need to bring their car to make the most of their holiday.
