Moss Wood Caravan Park

Located between Blackpool and Morecambe at Cockerham in the heart of Wild Goose Country, Moss Wood Caravan Park is family-run  and has a real village atmosphere and is set in a well maintained tree-lined boundary enclosing its 30 acres.

The park has been under the same ownership for 30 years and has changed and grown over time. There are 5 long standing members on staff that are headed up by the Wardens Ian and Sandra.

Moss Wood Caravan Park can accommodate 31 touring caravans, motor homes or trailer tents on their level sheltered touring area. Most of the pitches have individual services. They all have hard standings for caravans and awnings.

The site's holiday home caravans are all privately owned and no sub-letting or use as a primary residence is allowed. This has allowed Mosswood to keep its friendly relaxed atmosphere that parks that have turned a blind eye to residential use have lost.

They always have new and used holiday caravans for sale. They work hard to try to have a good selection of caravans to view all season.

Moss Wood Caravan Park is only 4 miles from the Junction 32 of the M6.

They offer the beautiful scenery of the Lancashire countryside and act as a great base from which to explore and enjoy all of the many attractions that are in the surrounding area.

Moss Wood Caravan Park is located just a short distance from the magnificent Forest of Bowland and offer easy access to England's Lakes and Dales National Parks as well as the many other attractions along the Fylde coast.

DIRECTIONS:

Leave the M6 at junction 33, turn left (south) onto the A6, follow this road for approximately 1 mile then turn right in front of white house signposted Cockerham Road. Continue to the end of Cockerham Rd (1 mile) at the T junction turn right into the village. At the next T junction (by Manor Pub) turn left onto A588. After 1 mile turn left into Crimbles Lane, we are 1 mile down the lane on the right.
