Set in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands, Glencote Caravan Park is a multi award-winning park. It lies in the picturesque valley of the River Churnet on the outskirts of Cheddleton village. This wonderfully landscaped and sheltered park is just 3 miles from the historic market town of Leek.
The park Glencote Caravan Park lies in an ideal location for exploring the magnificent scenery of the Moorlands and the wonderful dales of the Peak District National Park.
Running alongside the park is the Churnet Valley Railway which is one of the country's favourite heritage lines. It provides a nostalgic reminder of the glory days of steam. Just a 2 minutes' walk away from the park is The Boat Inn which is an extremely welcoming canal-side pub and the railway station.
Ten miles from Glencote Caravan Park is the Potteries where world famous names like Wedgwood and Coalport have their factory shops and museums. Just a few miles down the valley is Alton Towers for the young members of the family.
