The estate is just a 10 minute walk from the beach. It is also near the fun resort "Fantasy Island�. There are a number of other local attractions in the vicinity.

You can visit Ingoldmells, which is just a few miles outside of the popular holiday resort of Skegness. It has miles of sandy beaches as well as a host of excellent facilities for your entire family. The area is known for being very sunny so you are sure to have a great time there.
