Set in the heart of North Wales, Llawrbetws Caravan Park is a quiet, peaceful family-run site that borders Snowdonia National Park. The park can be reached from the A494 Corwen to Bala road.

Llawrbetws Caravan Park is an excellent base for exploring both North and Mid Wales and its attractions. Visitors can relax and take in the scenery including the beautiful mountains and many other tourist attractions.

The park is open from the first of March until the end of October. The site features 70 static caravans on the park. They are enclosed with fencing. Those with pets and those who want the privacy of a garden should find this ideal.

Facilities include a playroom with snooker table and table tennis, a well-appointed play area and a laundrette.

The site's static vans are connected to mains electric and drainage. The site owner sells Calor gas, camping gas and caravan spares. There are 25 electrical hook-ups on the camping field. It opens in Easter and closes at the end of October. Those who own dormobiles and need level ground can park on the opposite side of the farmhouse.

Pets are welcome on-site if they are kept on a lead at all times.

At 10 minute walk to the garage in the nearby village of Glanrafon there is a well-stocked licensed shop and café. Visitors can watch glass ornaments being made at the nearby Glassblobbery Studio and Gallery. You can also purchase a variety of gifts and crafts there.

The town of Bala is only 7 miles away and has a wealth of outdoor activities. These include white water sailing, canoeing and windsurfing. The Bala leisure centre has facilities for swimming and water slides. There is another leisure centre in Corwen that features a swimming pool, squash courts and a well-equipped gym. There is a bowling green and tennis courts there as well.
