Bank Farm Caravan Park
Situated near Welshpool on the Shropshire and Mid Wales border, Bank Farm Caravan Park is a small, select holiday park. and has been owned by the Bebb and Corfield family for over 80 years.
Bank Farm Caravan Park was one of the first caravan parks in Mid Wales. The current owners David, Gill, Robert and Sarah offer guests a warm welcome to their family-run park. The site affords excellent views of the Long Mountains and the Breiddan Hills at the gateway to Wales.
Bank Farm Caravan Park is set in 7 acres of wonderfully kept land. Guests will be free to enjoy the variety of walks through the woodland which is full of wildlife. Sometimes you can even catch a glimpse of the wild deer that roam freely through the woods. All of this is part of the lovely scenery of Mid Wales which can become your home away from home during your stay.
They have 36 privately owned static caravans and 48 touring pitches on their site.
The site is within easy reach of Shrewsbury, Ludlow and Ironbridge which are beautiful Shropshire towns. You will also be near the idyllic towns of Welshpool and Montgomery as well as the Mid Wales coast.
You can enjoy a wonderful holiday experience at Bank Farm Caravan Park which is only 1½ hour's drive from Birmingham or Liverpool.
Touring Park
The touring park is situated opposite their static park it has a number of seasonal pitches available as well as overnight accommodations for tourers, motor homes and tents. Every pitch has electric hook-ups available.
The site has a modern toilet block with showers and a utility room with a deep sink for washing. There is no charge for hot water. They feature a children's play area and there are some pitches that are near it which is ideal if you have children. If you desire one of these pitches please ask about it when you book.
Holiday Home Park
When you own a holiday home at Bank Farm Caravan Park you can use it from March until October. This allows you to relax and enjoy the lovely countryside they offer. The site's caravans are well-spaced and most of them feature panoramic views of the surrounding hills which Mid Wales is famous for.
Bank Farm Caravan Park is maintained to very high standards and they have tarmac roads that serve all areas of the park with good lighting and space to park your car alongside each caravan. The caravans are sited on concrete bases and have mains water, sewage and electric.
The site's caravans are all privately owned and there is no sub-letting allowed. The site does allow owners' family and friends to stay at their caravans. Bank Farm Caravan Park does have a park owned caravan for hire so that friends and family could come and join you and spend time enjoying facilities and the area.

The site offers free fishing and they also have a children's play area. The park is a 5 minutes' walk away from the local pub.
OUT AND ABOUT
There are many great attractions in the area include several reservoirs, the nearest being Lake Vyrnwy, Pistyll Rhaedr Falls, which is one of the seven wonders of Wales and Offas Dyke which is just 4 miles away from the park.
Only 5 miles away is the market town of Welshpool which has many attractions including the Welshpool and Llanfair Narrow Gauge Railway and Powis Castle.
You can reach the lovely town of Shrewsbury in only 12 miles from the site.
In an hour from the site you can reach Ludlow, Wroxeter Roman City, Ironbridge, Telford and the Welsh Coast.
You can also reach the historic City of Chester in an hour which has many friendly inns where you can chat with the local people and eat some excellent food.
