Situated in the delightful conservation village of Folkingham, Low Farm Touring & Camping Park is a secluded, family-run, park amidst the rolling vales of South West Lincolnshire.
Low Farm Touring & Camping Park is ideal for those who enjoy the peace and quiet of their natural surroundings but enjoy the convenience of being within a few minutes' walk of a village and its amenities.
The park is ideally situated for having a leisurely weekend break or for longer stays. It allows you the time to explore the wider area and all that it has to offer visitors.
Low Farm Touring & Camping Park is set in the grounds of Low Farm. It is both secluded and south facing. The park is mainly favoured by adults and those who enjoy the peace and quiet of their natural surroundings but enjoy the convenience of being within a few minutes' walk of a village and its amenities.
The park features a modern, light and airy amenity building that includes WCs, wash basins, hot showers and wash-up areas. Also featured is a washing machine and tumble dryer that is coin operated. A majority of the pitches have electric hook-ups.
Low Farm Touring & Camping Park has a separate rally and camping field and a separate hard standing area that is suitable for small to medium sized motor homes with electric hook-ups available if required. Low Farm considers themselves to be a small 'garden' park and they cannot accommodate large or 'Winnebego' style motor homes or commercial vehicles.
They offer an extensive tourist information point within their Old Cart Shed building. They also have Calor Gas available for exchange.
Low Farm Touring & Camping Park is set on the edge of the conservation village. Just a few minutes' walk will take you to the market square with the grand Greyhound Inn building and Church of St Andrew.
You will find that the village has an extensively stocked shop where you can get all your essentials. They sell daily newspapers and have a delicatessen that features a variety of local produce to sample. You can treat yourself to a home cooked Sunday lunch or a delicious cream tea at Quaintways. You can also choose to stroll up to the New Inn on West Street to enjoy a pub lunch, evening meal or a drink in their beer garden. The village has a Chocolate Shop where you can get a gift for someone of just spoil yourself.
The town of Folkingham also has a post office that is open 3 mornings a week. There is a local farm shop situated just half a mile outside of the village.
Low Farm Touring & Camping Park is situated on the A15 which serves as easy access to all major routes. There are plenty of other delightful villages in the area to explore by car on our unspoilt country lanes. Those who enjoy walking and cycling often frequent the area. Within a few minutes' drive from the park are the lakes at Pickworth which offer a peaceful place to spend an afternoon. Silk Willoughby has a new public golf course and a separate golf driving range just 7 miles away. About 9 miles away there are indoor swimming pools and sports facilities in both Bourne and Sleaford.
