Set in 15 acres of lovely Devonshire countryside, Higher Well Farm Holiday Park is far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life so that you can enjoy a restful holiday break. They are still within a close drive of the local resorts with all of their amenities for those who want some adventure on their holiday.

Just 4 miles away from the site is Paignton and you can reach the English Riviera towns of Torquay and Brixham in just 6 ½ miles. You can enjoy the charm of Totnes and the South Hames and the wonder of Dartmoor and the cities of Exeter and Plymouth. You can reach the picturesque village of Stoke Gabriel on the River Dart is less than a mile from the site. You will find pubs, a riverside café, a grocery store, a gift shop and a post office in the village.

CAMPING AND TOURING

Higher Well Farm Holiday Park is open from the 31st of March until the 3rd of November every year. They cater to tourers, motor homes and tents. Only families and couples are allowed to stay at the site.

They have 80 pitches that are generously spaced apart and well-drained. Some of their pitches feature electric hook-ups and some are hard standings. They recommend booking in advance if you want one of these special pitches. They have mains water and waste points on-site.

The site is very proud of its camping facilities block. Inside there are flush toilets, individual wash basin cubicles, free showers, hair driers, shaving and electric sockets. They also have individual family rooms with a toilet, wash basin and a shower. They have a disabled shower and toilet room that additionally has baby changing facilities. There is a dishwashing and vegetable preparation room as well as an undercover chemical disposal point. They heat their entire facilities block during the colder months.

CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOME HIRE

They have a wide range of caravan holiday homes for hire to suit most families that want to stay at this Devon park. They have both luxury and economy models. Each is maintained to very high standards of repair and cleanliness. Each caravan is on hard standings and there are paths that lead to the caravans. They have extensive lawns. Some of the caravans are pet-free. Each caravan has plenty of room behind it to park a vehicle.

The caravans are equipped with cutlery, crockery, duvets, pillows and kitchen utensils. They do not provide bed linen, but it you book in advance you have the option of hiring bed linen from the site.

They have one special caravan called the Little Well caravan. It is pet-free and smoke-free and is situated in its own private and enclosed garden. It features patio furniture and room to park 2 cars.
