For many years Causeway Cottage Caravan Park has been welcoming holidaymakers to the heart of the Norfolk Broads. You are sure to find a warm welcome from the site's resident hosts Trevor and Sue Chaplin whether you like camping in tents, touring caravans, motor homes or campervans.

Nearby the popular Broadland village of Potter Heigham has a great stretch of river to explore. They have daily boat hire available in the village and fishing from the river bank.

There is a famous medieval bridge that gives access to the Upper Thurne, Hickling Broad and Horsey Mere. There are waterside bungalows lining the banks of the River Thurne and Potter Heigham that can only be accessed by foot or boat. The famous Lathams store is located here and additionally there are a couple of pubs, a chip shop, a general store and a post office.

Causeway Cottage Caravan Park has good walking and cycling right from the door. Guests can go to Hickling Broad for sailing and RSPB reserve. There are sandy beaches and dunes at Winterton-on-Sea to enjoy. Other attractions include Caister Castle and car museum, Great Yarmouth and Thrigby Wildlife Park. There shops and pubs very close to the site.

Causeway Cottage welcomes tents, tourers and motor homes. They have many pitches available to suit guests' needs. They have electric hook-ups available on the site. They welcome pets on agreement with the management at no extra charge. The site features full shower block facilities that all guests can use.
