Set in rural Warwickhsire, Island Meadow is a small, secluded park. Island Meadow is a 7 acre island that is formed by the River Alne and its mill race. It provides a quiet and tranquil holiday setting.

There are mature trees lining the banks. The mill pond with its weir offers good coarse fishing, which guests can enjoy free of charge.

The entire park is flat and has close-mown grass. This island make an ideal centre for bird watching, walking, cycling and just relaxing and enjoying the best of the English countryside.

Island Meadow has 3-Star amenities. They have disabled facilities as well as a well-stocked licensed shop.

The site does not have a clubhouse or a restaurant but a short stroll through Mill Meadow and the churchyard of St. John's, the marriage place of Shakespeare's parents, brings you to the 15th century inn, The Kings Head, Aston Cantlow.

CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOMES FOR HIRE

Island Meadow has luxury standard 6-berth hire caravans that overlook the river. They feature all mains services and are equipped with colour television, a full size cooker, a microwave and a refrigerator. They have caravans that are equipped for the disabled available.

TOURING

They have a 2 acre area reserved for touring caravans, motor home and trailer tents. They have 24 spacious pitches that are all equipped with 10 amp electrical hook-up.

TENTS

Island Meadow has 2 dedicated areas for tents. The first is called the Orchard which is to the front of the Mill House and the second is the Garden which is to the rear.
