Tudor Caravan Park

The Tudor Caravan Park is in Slimbridge, just three and half miles away from the market town of Dursley. It is in a quiet location near to the Slimbridge Wetlands Centre and next to the Gloucester-Sharpness ship canal.

Caravans, tents, motorhomes, camper vans and RVs are accommodated on a mixture of hard and soft pitches, many have electric hook up and we also have a separate adult's only area.

Camping tents are set on level ground, electric hook ups are available and there's lots of available space. The grass is cut regularly and is well kept.

There are two heated shower blocks on site, with toilets and showers, mirrors, shaving points, hair dryers, baby changing and a laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers.

Washing up areas, waste and rubbish disposal, the use of a freezer and battery charging and are also on site. WiFi is offered to most of the site at a small extra charge.

Next door you will find the Tudor Arms Pub and Restaurant and across the road the Slimbridge Boat Station and Café has a shop where boats and cycles can also be hired.

The canal towpath is perfect for walking or cycling and there's good fishing in the canal.

The village of Dursley sits on the Cotswold Bay, surrounded by hills. The Town Hall is a former 18th century market house and the village is well known for its arts and crafts.

The town of Cam is only 3 miles away from Slimbridge and a mile away from Dursley. It is a large village and it still has a working Mill producing high quality cloth. If you need food supplies there is a Tesco supermarket.

Slimbridge is an ideal location for a relaxing break, it is open all year round and dogs are welcome.
