At Priory Park you can enjoy the pleasures of the countryside from your own caravan holiday home. They have a small development of caravan holiday homes that are set in tastefully landscaped and terraced locations. Many of the caravans have amazing south facing panoramic views over the estuary.

The park has 2 caravan holiday home areas the Lookout and Monks Meadow.

LOOKOUT: Here season length gives occupancy from 7 to 10 months. You can buy a new or previously owned holiday home in a sunny, terraced location. The area offers both lodges and caravan holiday homes and many of the plots afford stunning estuary views.

MONKS MEADOW: Monks Meadow is an extension to Lookout and is the site's most recent evolution. It has the same seasonal choices. They are releasing these new plots on a phased basis with the very latest caravan holiday homes as well as bespoke lodges to choose from. This gives customers the opportunity to buy the new holiday home of their choice.

LOG CABIN HOLIDAY HOMES

At Priory Park you can enjoy the pleasures of the countryside from your holiday log cabin. They have 4 separate areas to choose from and all of the areas have their own unique character. The log cabin holiday homes are phased developments that offer tastefully landscaped, terraced locations. Many of them feature magnificent south facing panoramic views over the estuary.

The sites 4 areas are The Abbots, Friars, Lookout and Monks Meadow. The Abbots and Friars are exclusively for lodges and the other 2 offer the latest caravan holiday homes as well. The holiday homes are sold to the private individual for use by the owner and their immediate family with no subletting allowed at all.

RESIDENTIAL HOMES

Residential homes are for those over the age of 50 with no resident children. Priory Court is a private residential park home bungalow village that offers a relaxed way of life in a low maintenance, secure home within an excellent setting. This area is also south facing and it is terraced with attractive brick walling. There are 100 bungalow style homes each with its own private drive and generous landscaped plot with Priory Court.

Priory Court has an attractive entrance that has wrought iron automatic gates, planted areas and a water feature. Each bespoke home and individual garden is complemented by wide drives, grass verges and Victorian style streetlamps. They have tried to create an interesting and attractive environment with a wide range of homes, each positioned at different heights and aspects instead of in a regimented fashion.
