Acorns Camping

Acorns Camping is a small 12 acre natural woodland campsite on the northern outskirts of the village of Angmering. It sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty at the foot of the South Downs National Park.

Touring Caravans, Motorhomes and Tents are welcome on the gently sloping site (levelling blocks are recommended for caravans and motor homes). Electric hook ups (16 amp) are available and there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Dogs are allowed at Acorns Camping but must be kept on lead whilst on the park. There is a limit to the number of youngsters allowed on site, as the emphasis of Acorns is on peaceful enjoyment of the countryside.

Facilities include a shower/toilet block with separate disabled facilities. There's a washing up area with free hot water and it is centrally heated for year round use.

Angmering with its shops, pubs and restaurants is within easy walking distance and there is the local bus route within 5 minutes walk of site entrance.

Acorns Camping is an ideal base to visit Arundel, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and surrounding areas and you'll find the perfect mix of activities to add to your holiday diary. Enjoy sport and leisure activities like golf, sailing, swimming and fishing.

Walk, cycle or horse ride in the beautiful South Downs countryside. Have a family day out at the beach and play on the seaside amusements. Go wildlife watching, shopping or take in an art exhibition. There is so much to do in this part of Sussex.

Easy access to all local major routes - please note that when approaching from Arundel on A27, continue eastwards through Hammerpot (no right turn from A27) to Patching interchange. At flyover, cross A27 and re-join dual carriageway westwards.
