Alternatively, you can purchase one of the caravans already on-site. Brand new and pre-owned luxury units are available for sale, all with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. All pitches are fully serviced (with electricity, water, drainage and parking) and incorporate either a patio garden or decking. In all cases, you simply need to pay the annual ground rent for the pitch.
