Proctors Stead
Proctors Stead is a small, friendly, family run caravan and camping park situated one mile from the coast. This part of Northumberland is renowned for its numerous castles, excellent beaches and diverse picturesque scenery.
The park is a level and sheltered and welcomes Touring Caravans, Trailer Tents, Motorhomes and Tents. Electric hook-ups are available. There are also two self-contained holiday cottages for hire.
There are modern facilities with spotlessly clean showers, toilets and washbasins with hot water (facilities are cleaned at least twice daily); power points for shavers and hairdryers; dish washing area. We also have a coin-operated washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
Dogs are allowed but MUST be kept on leads when on site and not permitted to roam. They are to be exercised off-site. Owners are asked to be responsible and clean up after their dogs when in/near the caravan park or the village itself.
Mr and Mrs Davidson live on site and are therefore on hand at all times to maintain the high standards that benefit everyone staying. Milk and eggs are available from the house and a small shop in Embleton is approx 2 miles away.
