Broadway House Holiday Park

Just a mile away from the famous Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Broadway House Holiday Park is in a beautiful location protected by the Mendip Hills.

Tents, caravans and motorhomes are in separate fields surrounded by trees and bushes. The fields are well drained and there are number of taps providing drinking water, together with waste and rubbish disposal areas. Dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. The dog walking area is signposted.

Broadway House Holiday Park also has caravans for rent. Most have the English Tourist Board's Rose Award. They are clean and comfortable and offer the same 4 star standard as the rest of the park. Surrounded by lawns and numerous communal picnic tables, they make the perfect holiday home.

If you want even more luxury you can rent one of our holiday lodges. There's a choice of 2 or 4 bedrooms, they are all beautifully furnished and each lodge has a wall mounted plasma TV in the lounge. The kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, cooker and kettle.

Toilet facilities are provided in each field and include shaver points, 13 amp sockets, hair dryers and hot showers. Disabled and baby changing areas are also standard and in addition there are 10 family shower rooms, which are available at an additional charge. Laundry facilities are also available.

Broadway House Holiday Park's on-site amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool which is open from April to September. An adventure playground, a skateboard park, crazy golf, table tennis and a BMX track.

At weekends there's an entertainment programme in the bar where there is a good selection of beers and wines and spirits available.

There's also restaurant that serves tasty home cooked meals, snacks and takeaways and a shop that stocks all your basic foodstuffs as well as confectionary, everyday items and beach and camping goods. If you need money there's a cash machine on site.

Broadway House Holiday Park's off-site activities available include cycling, bird watching, fishing, canoeing and abseiling.

The ancient village of Cheddar is only a mile away so you can visit the caves and the gorge. Nearby Burnham-on-Sea and Weston Super Mare are both attractive seaside resorts.
