Derbyshire Hills Campsite
Derbyshire Hills Campsite is set in the heart of Derbyshire where ancient drover trails weave their way through the hills and valleys. The landscape is moderately hilly with The Hope Valley cutting a swathe through the hills and peaks.
Derbyshire Hills Campsite is a peaceful base to enjoy the natural beauty of the Derbyshire Hills and Dales, or for the more energetic there are many spectacular walks ranging from the easy riverside stroll through to the more challenging hill walks.
The campsite is fairly level and set in a quiet location, deep in the Derbyshire countryside surrounded by beautiful views over the hay meadows to the distant woods and hills.
Grindlow's close neighbour Eyam, is the site of The 1665 Bubonic Plague... also known as The Black Death.
There are many local places to eat which are welcoming and offer meals at realistic prices and cater for all ages.
Camping at the Derbyshire Hills Campsite is an ideal starting point for walking, mountain biking, hiking or a stopover. We welcome tourers, tents and back-packers. Try us for sun and fun but remember this is a quiet campground.
