The Estate has 4 main lakes on it that are available for fishing.

Being situated in the Ribble Valley the area provides access to many other locations. The park is only a half an hour's drive from both the Lake District and Blackpool. Cleveley Bridge is next to the Trough of Bowland and the Forest of Bowland which provides endless opportunities for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the pretty countryside.

CAMPING PODS

The pods can accommodate a family of four (two adults and two small children), though would be quite cosy!

You need to bring everything you would take for a camping break, including beds/mattresses, except the tent.

FISHING

There are three main lakes and four stock ponds. The lakes include the Swanbrook Lake which is known as the Specimen Lake, the Canal which can accommodate 40 pegs and is popular for matches and the Serpentine Lake which accommodates 15 pegs and is also a popular choice for matches. The site's four stock ponds are The Butterfly One, Butterfly Two, Last Resort and Lily Bank. They are all suitable for fishermen who fish for pleasure. They are great for both novices and the accomplished.

Each of the lakes is well stocked and is constantly maintained. There is a mixture of species in the lakes that vary in size and weight. Most of the lakes have mirror, common and grass carp, trench, perch, roach, rudd, bream and smaller quantities of barbel and chub. All of these fish are waiting to challenge the accomplished or novice angler.
