St Monans Holiday Park

Located on the outskirts of the ancient fishing village, St Monans Holiday Park is a tranquil site that is an ideal base for walking and exploring the local area. It is just a short stroll from the park to the 1st century church. Once inside the church be sure to look up at the ancient sailing ship that is suspended from the ceiling.

There is a recently restored windmill on the other side of the park that was used to pump the salt water into the saltpans for drying. It takes approximately 32 tons of sea water to produce just 1 ton of salt.

The immediate vicinity boasts the remains of a 16th century castle. St Monans Holiday Park also has direct access to the East Neuk Coastal Path and a tantalising salt-water swimming pool that is perfect for a bracing dip.

St Monans Holiday Park's popular touring pitches are a mix of hard gravel and grass surfaces with plenty of grass between pitches. They all have electric hook-ups, which are included in the price. For a small charge you can put up your awning.

The East Neuk of Fife is a very beautiful area.
