Briarfields Motel & Touring Park is located two miles away from Cheltenham and six miles from Gloucester in immaculately kept landscaped gardens. It is a family owned hotel and it is open all year.

The park can accommodate 72 caravans and motorhomes, most have hard standing, electric hook ups and WiFi. The pitches are separated by the attractive plants and trees which make the site very pretty and the lawns are well kept.

There are pitches for Motorhomes up to 40 feet long, although these need to be reserved in advance.

Tents are in a different area in a beautiful part of Briarfields Motel & Touring Park and there are large pitches, so that today's modern tents can be accommodated with ease. Cars can be parked next to tents when it is dry and electric hook ups can also be made available.

At the centre of Briarfields Motel & Touring Park there is a heated shower and toilet block with free showers and a coin operated hair dryer. The Laundry includes a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Washing and dish washing areas are also indoors and out.

Dogs are welcome and there is a leaflet with walking suggestions which campers are encouraged to improve and update.

The reception is situated near to the park entrance and there are plenty of leaflets maps and tourist brochures to pick up if you want to spend a few days sightseeing.

Nearby there are numerous Cotswold villages which are delight to explore as well as the magnificent Forest of Dean.

Gloucester is a lively City with a mixture of Farm shops, chain stores and the Quays Designer Outlet shopping centre. The Cathedral is steeped in History and St. Oswald's priory which was founded by the daughter of Alfred the Great in the year 900 is also an interesting place to visit. The dockside is a lovely location to sit and watch the boats and the people passing by.

In Regency Cheltenham you can go horse racing or you can take a walk along the promenade, a spectacular tree lined avenue lined with smart shops and cafes.

The camp site is only two minutes from the M5 junction 11 and this makes Briafields an ideal place to break your journey with an overnight stop.
