Tamar Lake Farm is a small caravan and camping park that is located a few miles from the local town of Bude. It is situated between the Tamar lakes.
The campsite is quite sheltered and is surrounded by both country hedges and wild flowers.
Tamar Lake Farm offer 15 pitches and they have a limited availability for seasonal pitches from April until October. They have a storage area where you can store your caravan on-site if required.
Nearby is the local village of Kilkhampton. They have food shops, 2 takeaways, a pub and a restaurant.
You can reach most major villages, towns and attractions within an hour's drive of the site. Guests are free to explore the attractions of both Devon and Cornwall at their leisure because of the park's position.
Some attractions include historical villages and towns such as Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Padstow and Clovelly. You will find local theme parks that your children will enjoy and local gardens and historical houses that will captivate those interested in horticulture and sites full of heritage. Just offshore from Hartland is Lundy Island, which features an abundance of wildlife. Guests will be surprised about how much they can explore within a half an hour's drive of Tamar Lake Farm.
DIRECTIONS:
From South side of Kilkhampton on A39 follow signpost to Tamar Lakes, ignore last signpost Upper Tamar Lake. Continue for 200 yards to farm on left. OR from A3072 Holsworthy/Bude, turn North on B3254 for 5m, turn right at Tamar Lake Farm signpost. 0.5m.
