Within walking distance of the site are welcoming countryside pubs and long country trails. Adjacent to Oxon Hall Touring Park is a Park and Ride bus service that can quickly transport you to the bustling town of Shrewsbury.

The park's on-site Tourist Information Point will provide you with ideas and information about places to visit and things to do in the area. Their friendly staff are always happy to offer help and advice to guests.

Oxon Hall Touring Park is approached along well-lit roads with electrically operated security barriers. They have 100 pitches that come with electricity and digital television link-up standard. Out of the 100, 75 are all-weather hard standing pitches and include 59 full facility super pitches. Facilities include a fully-equipped laundry, a heated toilet block, disabled facilities, a luxury reception, an on-site shop and a children's play area.

The park is open all year round. They are one of the few parks in the area to offer especially large RV suitable pitches.

DIRECTIONS

The Touring Park is located just off the A458 Welshpool road on the North-western side of Shrewsbury.

Follow the signs for the Oxon Park and ride from the Welshpool island on the A5 Shrewsbury by-pass.

This is the point at which the A5 crosses the A458 Welshpool Road.

The entrance to the park is a quarter of a mile towards the town centre just past the Co-op supermarket on the left.
