Tymparon Hall is a delightful 18th century Manor House that fuses the splendour of the house with the rural loveliness of Lakeland. The site provides the perfect place for your holiday break.

The site has a colourful summer garden to enjoy. There are magnificent views from the site which offers guests old-fashioned hospitality. You can enjoy a home cooked farmhouse breakfast and a cosy interior.

Tymparon Hall's rooms are attractively decorated and offer space, peace and a warm welcome to all guests.

Tymparon's caravan park is located in lovely, sheltered surroundings. It features electrical hook-ups and hard standings. Rates start at £17.50 per night. There are seasonal pitches available for tourers.

There are many lovely attractions in the local area. Just a short drive from the site is Lake Ullswater and nearby is the pretty Eden Valley.

Nearby the River Eden flows from Ullswater in the South up through the Eden Valley to the North Pennines and Alston. The river passes Penrith and Appleby along its way.

Tymparon Hall is an ideal base for touring the area because it is near the Lakes, Yorkshire Dales, Hadrian's Wall country and the Scottish Borders. You can explore some of the most scenic places in the UK.

Other attractions include golf courses, fishing and the lovely South Tynedale railway. You will find a great selection of historic houses and museums to visit. A couple of examples are Dalemain and Hutton-in-the-Forest. There are also art galleries as well as other cultural centres. Families will find a wide selection of places to visit including Eden Ostrich World in Langwathby.

DIRECTIONS: M6 J40 take A66 towards Keswick in 1.5miles turn right for Newbiggin, we are at the extreme end of village behind the tall fir trees.
