Ty Parke Farm Campsite
Hidden away in the tiny hamlet of Llanreithan, Ty Parke Farm Campsite is a quiet, secluded park within Pembrokeshire close to the rugged North West coast.
Ty Parke Farm Campsite is a great place to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet while having access to great facilities and the fun of a real campfire.
You can reach the campsite from a long track that is well away from any roads. From the park the sky is big and the sunsets can be quite marvellous. You can really see the stars at night without the interruption of lights.
Ty Parke Farm Campsite is great for family holidays with children both younger and older. It is also good for couples and friends who just want to explore the lovely area of Pembrokeshire.
The site features a tipi that can be booked for a week long at a time from the middle of June until the middle of September.
Ty Parke Farm Campsite has a limit of just 10 pitches, including their tipi, so that guests have plenty of space and can enjoy real peace and quiet. Every pitch has its own campfire area and picnic table. The woodshed is nearby. You can help yourself to firewood so you can enjoy unforgettable evenings around the campfire with your friends or family.
Local produce is always available including fresh vegetables and fish. You can enjoy freshly caught mackerel wrapped in fire and cooked on the campfire.
Close by the main barn are the showers and facilities which were built in 2008. The facilities include a laundry, drying, a fridge and a freezer. There is an electric kettle for campers who want to have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. The park usually has fresh eggs from their hens which they provide to guests for free.
DIRECTIONS
From the East
From Haverfordwest head out on to the Fishguard Road (A40) and take the first turning left after the Texaco station, sign-posted to Camrose. Stay on this road for approximately ten miles (passing through Hayscastle Cross) until you reach a T-junction. Turn right towards Croesgoch, bearing left where the road forks. After 500 yards you will come to a sharp left hand turn, follow this round and Ty Parke is approximately 250 yards further along on the right. Proceed up the long track.
From the North
From Fishguard head towards St David's on the A487. After about five miles you will arrive at the bottom of Mathry. Take the left fork towards Penycwm and stay on this road until you come to a T-junction. Turn right towards Penycwm and after about a mile watch out as the road veers to the left and is again sign-posted to Penycwm. At this point take the little turning immediately to the right and at the next junction carry straight on towards Croesgoch. Ty Parke is approximately 250 yards further along on the right. Proceed up the long track.
