Located in one of the loveliest secluded valleys in the country and within the stunning North York Moors National Park, Cote Ghyll Caravan and Camping Park has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Cote Ghyll really has got everything for those that enjoy the outdoor life or who want to experience it for the first time.

They accommodate touring caravans, motor homes and tents. They offer new super pitches as well as seasonal pitches. They have Rose Award luxury holiday caravans for hire for those who prefer self-catering. You can also choose to purchase your very own holiday home from the site. They have new and used holiday caravans for sale on their small but select 18 pitch static area.

From the gateway of Cote Ghyll there are outstanding walking and cycling routes onto the North York Moors. The lovely Cod Beck Reservoir and the historical village of Osmotherley are on the doorstep. Cote Ghyll really has got everything for an enjoyable and memorable holiday.

TOURING AND CAMPING

The park is in a lovely south facing valley. It is divided by terraces and areas of woodland. The sections of the park have varying characters to suit a wide range of caravanners and campers. Flowing through the park is the Cod Beck stream which along with the areas of woodland provides a great exploring ground for children. Cote Ghyll has designated family and quiet areas of their park. When you book you can reserve your preferred pitch.

The site can accommodate touring caravans, motor homes and tents on their level pitches that all feature 10 amp electrical hook-ups. The pitches are either grass or all weather hard standings. You will need heavy duty awning pegs.

SEASONAL PITCHES

The park's seasonal pitches are hard standing pitches on which your caravan will remain sited for the entire season. The season starts on 1st March and ends on 31st October. Purchasing a seasonal pitch includes electric hook-ups, parking for one car and awning which can stay up all season.

STATIC CARAVANS/SALES

You can choose to buy your or new or used luxury static caravan to put on Cote Ghyll. They have an attractive small but select 18 pitch static area. It is great for short breaks as well as longer stays. You will have the freedom to visit the park as much as you would like.

AWARD WINNING HOLIDAY HOME HIRE

Each of their holiday caravans for hire is less than 3 years old and can sleep up to 6 people. They have full gas central heating and double glazing and are a generous 12ft wide x 35ft long. They keep them spotlessly clean, making these holiday caravans the ultimate in superiority and comfort.

All caravans:

• Are a large 12’ wide x 35’ long.

• Have a spacious lounge and dining area with colour TV, DVD and Freeview channels.

• Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, full sized oven and hob.

• Have a double en suite bedroom and twin bedded room.

• A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

• An outside veranda with seating.

Radio clock alarms and hairdryers are standard. There is no extra charge for electric and gas. All duvets and bed linen are supplied, but please bring your own towels. The caravans are non-smoking. Period of hire is from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.

DIRECTIONS

North & Southbound - Exit A19 dual carriageway (between Thirsk and Teesside) at the A684 slip road signed for Northallerton/Osmotherley. Travel into Osmotherley and at the T-junction/village cross, turn left. Cote Ghyll is approximately a quarter mile out of the village on the right.

From Northallerton - Take the A684 road signed for "Teesside" and follow this road to Osmotherley (under the A19). Travel into Osmotherley and at the T-junction/village cross, turn left. Cote Ghyll is approximately a quarter mile out of the village on the right.
