Camping & Caravanning

Lakeside is a very peaceful site with about 3 acres of well stocked fishing lakes that is beautifully set in the countryside of Langworth.

Lakeside caters to touring caravans, motor homes and campers with their tents. Every campers and caravanners gets a discounted rate for fishing and is allowed full access to all of the site's picnic areas and dog walking areas. Lakeside is set in over 22 acres of land and is very spacious and tranquil. It is ideal for older campers and those that prefer a quiet site.

The site has 24hr CCTV and an automatic coded gate which provides safety for the campsite and storage area while still allowing exiting and entering whenever it is needed.

They stock bream, tench, rudd, roach, barbel and carp up to 25 lbs in their lake as well as other fish. It costs only £3 a day for campers to fish.

The site isn't great for families with small children because they have no play area. It is better for those that want a quiet weekend and for fishermen.

The park is 2 minutes from the A158 road and is 10mins from nearby Lincoln. It is very easy to find due to their brown road side sign from the A158 main road.

CARAVANNING

Lakeside Caravan Park caters for all caravanners and has most of the conveniences you would expect from a caravan park. They have a sanitary block that contains water filling and emptying points, refuse and recycling point, washing room for washing pots and plates and separate male and female toilet blocks that include free showers. This is located in the centre of the modest camping area.

The site's caravanning area is located directly opposite their quiet fishing lake towards the rear of the park. It is very close for easy access and many of the plots overlook the lakes.

CAMPING

There is a dedicated section of the park for campers that is set against a fence for wind breaking and is directly opposite part of the fishing lakes.

You can expect to have a great view of the fishing lakes from your tent. Campers have the same free access to the sanitary blocks that are in the caravanning area. You can get showered, washed and use the toilet.

CARAVAN STORAGE

They have space for over 50 caravans in their storage area. They accept caravans and motor homes at the same price. Those with a caravan in storage can collect and drop off their caravan 24 hours a day. There are no restrictions on the how many times you can pick up your caravan or drop it off. They know that sometimes you need to spend the day working in or on your caravan and this is perfectly fine with them.
