Located in the lovely Eden Valley above the lovely village of Armathwaite, Faugh Head Farm has wonderful views over the valley. The site is surrounded by excellent walking and cycling country through lanes and woods. You can often see wildlife including red squirrels and roe deer.

Faugh Head Farm is in a great location for touring the Lakes, the Borders, Roman Wall Country and the unspoilt East Fellside Country of the Pennines.

There is a regular railway service that stops at Armathwaite station. The Settle-Carlisle railway runs through the town.

You will find several great pubs in the nearby villages that offer quality locally produced food.

The county of Cumbria is famous for its local produce. Faugh Head Farm is proud to recommend local suppliers for those that want to shop for their own supplies.

Faugh Head Farm is an Adults Only so that peace and tranquillity are ensured at the site. The site allows dogs but they must be kept under supervision on specified fields around the farm. They must be kept on a lead while in the caravan site. You can let your dogs run free in the exercise field that is located next to the site. You must clean up after your dog by bagging it up and throwing in the bins around the site.

Faugh Head Farm has a picnic and barbeque area on their site.

They also have a heated indoor swimming pool that is available for private hire. You can book it when you book your place at the farm.
