Slate Mill Lodge is a 4 Star Self-Catering Bed and Breakfast accommodation that is open all year round. It is located in beautiful Pembrokeshire just a few minutes from Dale in magnificent surroundings.

The mill is a completely restored 14th century corn mill. It is close to many local attractions, bars and restaurants. Guests may choose to let an entire apartment or just one private en-suite bedroom.

Slate Mill has recently undergone 2 years of restoration. It is now completely modernised and energy efficient. It has solar-powered assisted water heating and rain water is collected to use in the toilets and laundry.

You can choose between self-catering and bed and breakfast style accommodations in warm and comfortable en-suite rooms. Slate Mill Lodge is set in 20 acres of land, meaning that guests can walk amongst the rolling hills and streams and enjoy views of the Pembrokeshire National Park and its local wildlife.

There are full camping facilities on-site for those who enjoy sleeping under the deep blue skies and relaxing in natural surroundings. Not far from the main lodge there is a shower block, toilets and a laundry room. Campervans are welcome on the site but small caravans are only allowed by prior arrangement.

The site has free range chickens that provide guests with fresh eggs every morning. In the spring they have their own vegetables growing and available fresh in the on-site shop. This gives the self-catering experience a truly local feeling.

Pembrokeshire National Coastal Park is Britain's only truly coastal national park and has some of the best scenery and most diverse wildlife in Britain. The landscape is full of rugged cliffs, sand beaches, wooded estuaries and wild inland hills. Wild life abounds in the area. Some of Pembrokeshire's beaches are classified among the best beaches in Britain.

There are over 50 beaches in the rugged, rocky landscape, meaning that there is something for everyone in the area. There are beaches in the seaside resorts and quiet sandy coves that may only be reached by foot. All the beaches are within a few miles of Slate Mill Lodge. You can enjoy a walk or just sit and watch the sun set.
