Located in the heart of the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, Brompton-on-Swale Caravan and Camping Park is a quiet family-run park that is set in a beautiful natural setting on the banks of the River Swale. The site is located just 2 miles away from Richmond, which is the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales.

Nearby are quaint market towns, historic houses and abbeys, waterfalls, museums, scenic country walks and theme parks. You can also choose to simply relax on the banks of the river Swale and even go fishing.

TOURING PARK

Brompton-on-Swale Caravan and Camping Park has a level field that lies alongside the river Swale. Their grounds are extensively landscaped and feature over 150 varieties of shrubs and trees as well as a wide range of flowers. This attracts many varieties of birds and small wildlife to the site.

They have a total of 177 touring pitches. 126 of these are seasonal and are in high demand and 27 of them are fully serviced deluxe pitches. They have 40 non electric pitches for caravans and tents.

Brompton-on-Swale Caravan and Camping Park also has a small park of 22 static caravans that are privately owned. When one becomes available there is a high demand for these pitches. If you would like to own a static caravan on the park please call and speak to Lee or Emma. They will advise you of the situation and they may be able to place you on the waiting list.

OUT AND ABOUT

Brompton-on-Swale Caravan and Camping Park is extremely well situated and has excellent road linkages to the North Yorkshire Moors, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. They are all within an hour’s drive of the site.

• Newby Hall, Ripon - with extensive gardens including a miniature steam train.
