Located midway between Grantham and Sleaford, Woodland Waters is a great site for couples and families that are looking for a quiet holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Woodland Waters is set in a lovely wooded valley and its covers 72 acres. They feature 4 individual lakes; one is a specimen lake that has carp that approach 32 lbs. They have a match lake that is stocked with mixed varieties of fish. The lake is renowned for its superb head of tench. Woodland Waters also has 2 smaller lakes that are popular who those who fish for pleasure.

Woodland Waters is well-situated for easy access off the A1 motorway, midway between Grantham and Sleaford on the A153.

Their touring site has 60 pitches with electric hook-ups currently. They all have adjacent water taps as well. They features separate male and female amenity blocks, a children's play area and a picnic area.

They also have modern and well-equipped holiday homes that have views over the lakes.

There are plenty of attractions nearby. In addition the Woodland Waters you can visit 4 golf courses within 7 miles. There are also many charming country pubs that have both pub meals and restaurant facilities.

LAKEVIEW LODGES have extremely spacious accommodations for a great relaxing holiday. They feature a lounge, dining area, fitted breakfast kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, 3 double bedrooms and a balcony that overlooks the lakes. There is car parking next to the lodges. They have bed linen provided for you but you must bring your own towels and tea towels.

PARK HOME LODGES have comfortable accommodations for a great relaxing holiday. Their centrally heated lodges include a double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 adults. They also feature a lounge and dining area with colour TV, a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave, bathroom with fitted shower, bath and WC. There are car parking facilities adjacent to the lodges. The price includes water, gas, electricity and fishing for 2 people. They have bed linen provided for you but you must bring your own towels and tea towels.
