Situated along the Heritage Coastline at Rousdon, The Shrubbery Caravan and Camping Park lies within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is right on the Devon and Dorset border. Only 3 miles away is picturesque Lyme Regis with its sandy beach, harbour and famous Cobb.

The Shrubbery Caravan and Camping Park is a level 10 acre site that is enclosed by mature trees. It features distant views to the surrounding countryside which creates a relaxing environment in which to enjoy its lovely tranquil setting by the sea. The pitches are of a generous size so that guests have plenty of space to park next to their van or tent and still spread out and enjoy some privacy. The site welcomes touring caravans, motor caravans and tents. They allow welcome group rallies.

Margaret and John Godfrey own and run the park, which has been in their family since 1966. A friendly team of staff assists them in maintaining the park. They assure you that you will receive a warm welcome on the site. They do their best to make sure that guests have an enjoyable stay. Many customers return to the site year after year, which makes the owners and staff proud of their hard work.

The Shrubbery Caravan and Camping Park's pitches are well-drained and have water and disposal points nearby. There are 27 HARD STANDING PITCHES. All of the van pitches have electric hook-up points. In the camping area there are some sturdy wooden picnic tables as well as in some other areas of the park for guests' convenience. They have a centrally located washroom that is large. It features toilets, wash basins, showers, disabled facilities and dish washing sinks. There is free hot water to all basins and showers. There are also toilets and showers situated at the top and bottom ends of the park. There also feature laundrette and ironing facilities. They regularly check, service and clean all of the facilities to ensure that they are immaculately clean.

They have a large play area for children that has swings, slides, climbing equipment and a crazy golf course. The park is large enough that children will have plenty of room to ride a bike and play in safety. The site allows well-behaved pets if they are kept on a lead. They have an extensive dog exercise area that is located away from the main park.

The Shrubbery Caravan and Camping Park is very near to Lyme Regis, which makes it an ideal base for boating enthusiasts. Those who own boats can securely park their boat and trailer near their pitch and they can launch from the slipway at Lyme Regis within minutes.

They have an on-site shop that is open daily from Easter until early September. It supplies fresh milk and other basic provisions as well as other camping accessories such as Calor Gas. It also offers an ice pack freezing service. Adjacent to the park entrance there is a general store and a fuel station.
