The 3 bedroom house is a stylish and purposely-built house. It features 1 double room, 2 twin rooms, one of which is downstairs. It also has a lounge and dining area that includes a double bed settee and a colour TV. The kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, refrigerator and a microwave. There is a bathroom and an extra shower room.
