Sandaway Beach

Situated on a low cliff at the very edge of the ocean, Sandaway Beach features stunning views. A short, 3 minute walk down a quaint stepped path leads you to Sandaway Beach, which is privately owned by the park. It is a rocky foreshore and a sprinkling of sand that is a real sun trap. The beach is a haven of peace and quiet, but you must beware of the tides. A short walk over the rocks takes you to Sandaway's secret spot, Mermaid's Cove. It is truly a place of magic and peace that is ideal for an extremely quiet swim or a sunbathe.

The park has its own Smuggler's Bar where guests can enjoy a cold drink. From the bar you can see excellent sea views and views of Exmoor. The park has its own Chef's Corner, which provides great pub food and basket meals. There is entertainment and dancing on the site. The park allows children.

One of Sandaway Beach's best features is their great kidney-shaped, heated swimming pool. They also feature a well-stocked shop, takeaway meals, a pool table, amusements, a special indoor children's soft play area and an outdoor playground.

Caravans in the John Fowler Holidays group are situated on broad, wonderfully landscaped sites and are furnished to excellent standards. Each caravan is fully carpeted and the bathrooms have either a bath or a shower. Kitchens come fully equipped so that guests can be totally self-sufficient on their self-catering holiday.

Every caravan at Sandaway Beach has colour TV, pillows, duvets and bed linen included. They always try to make up your bed so that it is ready when you arrive.

TENTS AND TOURING

A tent and touring holiday at Sandaway Beach includes all of the facilities that are offered by the site. You can also be as flexible as you want with the ability to move from park to park within the John Fowler Holiday group. You can stay 1 night or as many nights as you please.
